Artist's Description
Light of The Buddha"Thousands of candles can be lighted from a single candle, and the life of the single candle will not be shortened" This quote comes from a Japanese book on Buddhism called "The Teaching of Buddha"This began as a natural light photograph, I set up the display and then waited for the diffused winter light to be just right. Once done, the shot was combined with additional texture layers and I completed the piece by painting a wash over it. It's a mixed media piece as so much of my work is.
