Artist's Description
From my Abandoned series.
On one of the backroads in NorCal I came across this great big barn, full of woodpecker holes. The wood had aged to a beautiful silver and holes were everywhere lending even more character to the place.
I find that old abandoned buildings are beautiful in a gritty careworn way and have stories to tell. My goal is to preserve the beauty of the architecture while its still around.
